Tips for making your stay more pleasant
> If you would like an airport pickup or rental car (extra charges apply), please email us in advance of your arrival.
> We will arrange to have someone meet you at the house upon arrival but you must arrange this before you come and may have to contact her by phone when you arrive (since flights are often delayed). At that time, she will walk you through the house and explain such things as the security system. Please ask questions at that time.
We provide a guest book which contains
helpful house instructions, area attractions and restaurants.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a quality property for our guests but, obviously, things do happen. If you find any issues during your stay, all you need to do is contact our agent and she will attend to any and all problems immediately.
We do not offer credits or refunds due to weather, environmental or other
issues beyond our control. If any issue causes
our house to become uninhabitable during your stay (such as an extended
loss of services or a structural issue), we will help arrange for other
accommodations or credit for any lost days.
