Tips for making your stay more pleasant

>  If you would like an airport pickup or rental car (extra charges apply), please email us in advance of your arrival.

>  We will arrange to have someone meet you at the house upon arrival but you must arrange this before you come and may have to contact her by phone when you arrive (since flights are often delayed). At that time, she will walk you through the house and explain such things as the security system. Please ask questions at that time.

>  We provide a guest book which contains helpful house instructions, area attractions and restaurants.

>  If you require special arrangements for your stay, cribs, cook, etc. again, please make arrangements in advance of arriving.

>  The house is checked before each new renter arrives but it is inevitable that you might find some minor things that may need attention when you arrive. If any problems are noticed, please call us immediately upon arrival so that they can be taken care of promptly. We are not responsible for any inconveniences if you do not report them promptly.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a quality property for our guests but, obviously, things do happen. If you find any issues during your stay, all you need to do is contact our agent and she will attend to any and all problems immediately.

NOTE: We do not offer credits or refunds due to weather, environmental or other issues beyond our control. If any issue causes our house to become uninhabitable during your stay (such as an extended loss of services or a structural issue), we will help arrange for other accommodations or credit for any lost days.
