THE LOCATION:  "Villa Aruba" (also known as The Garden Villa) is situated in the nicest residential beach area of Aruba. Our villa is just across the beach boulevard and one block in from Boca Catalina beach. To be more precise, it is just 200 steps from our front door to the beach and Caribbean Ocean. The beach is complete with cabana huts and is one of Aruba's best swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving areas (by the way, all the beaches in Aruba are free). The surf at Boca Catalina beach is very calm so it's suitable for all ages including older folks as well as children. This area of the island is also great for water skiing, windsurfing, sailing and just about any other water sport you can think of. In fact, the international windsurfing competitions are held here every year just a mile down the beach from our villa! Best of all, our area beaches are not known to most tourists so they are never crowded and most times it's like having your own private beach!

THE FEATURES: Our "Garden Villa" is actually a full-sized, air-conditioned home with approximately 2,200 sq ft of living space. It has a modern eat-in kitchen, large open-air living room, 3 large private bedrooms (including an upstairs master suite complete with balcony and panoramic views), 3 full baths, 2 large patio areas, barbeque area, gardens, in-ground pool and gazebo. All bedrooms have their own separate baths so each couple can have total privacy. The house sleeps six adults very comfortably (roll-away bed can accommodate an extra person if necessary). The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is complete with all appliances, dishes, silverware and pots/pans. The focal point of our villa is a unique open-air living room overlooking the gardens and pool.  For total seclusion, relax in the gazebo hidden in our own private tropical gardens located on the property. The villa is situated on 1/4 acre and is surrounded with 10' high privacy walls. This makes the property very safe for children.  Our villa is very private, secluded and quiet. And, if you need to get out, there are regular bus and taxi services or, if you rent a car, it's only a short drive to all shopping, casinos, golf courses and restaurants.

THE EXTRAS: Our villa includes everything you need for a vacation plus we go above and beyond what you might find at an island hotel. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment for your enjoyment. Our home also includes cable TV and phone service plus wireless high-speed Internet service at no extra charge! We even provide an in-house desktop computer (or you can connect your own tablet or laptop). There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom and the main living area also offers a TV plus a stereo system (includes a CD player and MP3 connection).

It's truly a "home-away-from-home" - - only much, much better!
