THE LOCATION:  "Villa Aruba" (also known as The Garden Villa) is situated in the nicest residential beach area of Aruba. It is conveniently located on the main beach road, L.G. Smith Boulevard, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Our villa is just 200 steps (my wife actually paced it off) from the beach. That's tough to beat!  Boca Catalina beach is complete with cabana huts and is one of Aruba's best scuba diving and snorkeling areas (by the way, all the beaches in Aruba are free). The surf at Boca Catalina beach is very calm so it's suitable for all ages including older folks as well as children. This area of the island is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and just about any other water sport you can think of. In fact, the world windsurfing competitions are held here every year just a mile down the beach from our villa! Best of all, our area beaches are not well-known by most tourists so they are never crowded and most times it's like having your own private beach!

THE FEATURES: Our "Garden Villa" is approximately 2,000 sq ft and is air-conditioned. It has a modern eat-in kitchen, large open-air living room, 3 large private bedrooms (including an upstairs master suite complete with balcony and panoramic views), 3 full baths, 2 large patio areas, barbeque area, gardens, in-ground pool and gazebo. All bedrooms have their own separate full baths so each couple can have total privacy. The house sleeps 6 adults very comfortably (roll-away bed can accommodate an extra person if necessary). The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is complete with all appliances, dishes, silverware and pots/pans. The focal point of our villa is a unique open-air living room overlooking the gardens and pool.  For total seclusion, relax in the gazebo hidden in our own private tropical gardens located on the property. The villa is situated on 1/4 acre and is surrounded with 10' high privacy walls. This makes the property very safe for children.  Our villa is very private, secluded and quiet. And, if you need to get out, we are only a short drive to all shopping, casinos, golf courses and restaurants.

THE EXTRAS: Our villa includes everything you need for a vacation plus we go above and beyond what you might find at an island hotel. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment for your enjoyment. Our home also includes cable TV and phone service plus complete wired and wireless Internet service at no extra charge! Use our in-house computer or bring your own laptop and connect inside or out by the pool. There are TVs in every bedroom and the living room. The living room also includes a stereo system with CD and Ipod connection so bring your own tunes!
